Championship Productions, Inc. is the world's largest producer of instructional books, videos and DVD's for coaches and athletes. Championship Productions, Inc. uses Bergan Consulting to manage it's entire Information Technology Department. Some of the specific projects completed by Bergan Consulting during it's long relationship with Championship Productions include:

• Custom Application Development: Bergan Consulting created a custom program to handle all of the inventory management, order entry, accounts receivable, and reporting. After looking at off-the-shelf programs for mail order companies we found that Championship Productions had many business processes that are specific to their niche. Therefore, we closely examined those business processes and created a custom application which allowed Championship Productions to continue to do business as usual, but giving them many improvements in effeciency in their day-to-day computing activities. For example, Bergan Consulting automated credit card processing which gave one employee an additional 4 - 6 hours per day to focus on sales. Bergan Consulting created an automated email system to notify customers of order status and shipment tracking to improve customer service and reduce call volume. We automated order processing of Web orders which previously required manual entry. Bergan Consulting also created system where the e-commerce web site is automatically populated with new products whenever they are activated in the internal inventory management system. This represents large time savings over a process of manually creating a new web page for each of their 2500+ products.
• E-commerce Web Applications: Bergan Consulting designed and implemented an e-commerce web application for Championship Productions, Inc. which is leaps and bounds beyond the Yahoo! Store previously used. The new web application has features such as: extensive cross-selling and up-selling, automated sale pages, a completely automated affiliate program, customer database to allow saved addresses and order history, shipment tracking, and much more. Using the new web application has increased the average order size 33%!
• Networking: Bergan Consulting set up and continues to maintain a network consisting of 35+ computers. This is a heterogeneous network of Windows NT, Windows XP, Macintosh and Linux computers.
